Jessica Garcia
Jessica is a passionate environmentalist, policy advocate, and project manager with a decade of nonprofit experience in clean energy, climate finance, and sustainability. She is devoted to saving the natural world through education, organizing, and public policy to address the many environmental challenges we face including climate instability. Jessica graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and later completed her Master of Public Policy from Duke University in May 2021, with a focus on energy and environmental policy.
She is committed to providing practical and thoughtful policy solutions with and for the public to decision-makers across the private sector and all levels of government. In these tumultuous times, Jessica is dedicated to meeting people where they are at, humanizing the issues, and ultimately bringing individuals together to form diverse, compassionate, and empowered communities. In 2025, she completed several training courses focused on public participation, community safety, and organizing and received a Nonviolent Skills Certificate in Bystander Intervention and De-escalation by the DC Peace Team. In her free time, Jessica enjoys taking walks in nature and the urban jungle she calls home.
