Dr. Lynnette M. Adams is a nonprofit leader, scholar, and joy strategist with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of philanthropy, leadership, and education. She holds a PhD in Global Leadership from Pepperdine University, where her research deepens her commitment to transformative and equity-centered leadership practices.
Dr. Adams is the founder of The Joy Architect™, a boutique leadership development firm, and The Joy Lab Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) advancing sovereignty, leadership, and collective well-being through joy-centered initiatives. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver in the College of Professional Studies, where she prepares the next generation of nonprofit leaders with real-world expertise and research-driven insight.
