Dominique Mack 

Dominique's highest values are family, community, and Black people. Throughout her career, she has dedicated her life to supporting marginalized communities, especially those experiencing violence, poverty, crisis, environmental harm, and homelessness. Dominique is the visionary behind Community Rx, a consulting firm that facilitates healing, creates strategic solutions, and aids equitable access to communities. She faithfully transforms communities through writing, training, group facilitation, engagement, and development strategies.  

Dominique's training draws from her over fifteen years of human services experience, which includes utilizing best practice solutions, policy integration methods, and advocacy techniques that center the experiences of people of color and marginalized communities in the workplace and in accessing vital social resources.  

Dominique has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University and an extensive background in human services including nonprofit and government management.  

Dominique is a proud native of the Gullah Geechie Coast and a devoted mother to her daughter Zora. She enjoys cooking, planning experiential dining experiences, practicing rest and pleasure, and staying connected with friends and loved ones. Dominique credits her beloved grandparents (Virgie and Charlie) and godmother (Gloria) with instilling in her the values of education, community, and faith.
