Asia Cain
Asia currently manages the Executive Office of the President and serves as the liaison to the Board of Directors for American Rivers. Her professional journey spans environmental education, public service, and international community development. Asia has worked as an SCA Visitor’s Service Intern at Patuxent Wildlife Research Refuge, a Communications Intern for a ranking member of Congress, and a Student Advocate with the Deep South Center for Environmental Justice. In 2016, she joined the Peace Corps as a Community Development Volunteer in Morocco, where she taught English, led environmental camps, and promoted gender equality in partnership with local communities. She later expanded her sustainability work internationally as a Sustainability Intern with Agri Aware in Dublin, Ireland, co-designing engaging curriculum for transition year students.
Asia holds a B.S. in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an M.A. in Global Sustainability from the University of South Florida, Tampa campus. Outside of work, she loves learning about new cultures, connecting with people, and dancing whenever she gets the chance.
